Freshness is guaranteed. As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days.
