Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they enter preparation — typically within 6 hours of placing the order. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number to cancel.

After Preparation Begins

Once your handcrafted order has entered preparation or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for damaged or incorrect items.

Refund on Cancellation

Eligible cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
